Greater Noida Authority launches ERP facility for allottees

Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Authority has decided to provide the facility of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) to the allottees. This means that allottees would be able to take no dues certificates, amend the name and address, and make other changes by themselves.

A total of 143 services will be covered under ERP. The link for ERP is available on the website of Greater Noida Authority itself. Allottees can avail themselves of these services by clicking on them.

The Greater Noida Authority launched the beta version of ERP on Friday, January 7, 2022 in the presence of senior officials including ACEO Deep Chandra and Amandeep Duli, OSD Sachin Kumar. The Authority is working on handing over the rights to the allottees to get 143 services very soon. Greater Noida has become the first authority in the state to introduce ERP.

IT company Tech Mahindra is completing this project which will cost nearly 63 crore. On January 7, 2022, ERP was started for the industrial sector Ecotech 7, Ecotech 10 and Ecotech 11. Entrepreneurs here can print the No Dues Certificate by themselves. They will be able to make corrections in name, address and other things as well on their computer.

Till now, the authority to do these works was with the officers and employees of Greater Noida Authority. Now, this right has gone into the hands of the allottees. These facilities will soon be available to all entrepreneurs and other types of allottees (residential, IT, institutional).

On this occasion, CEO Narendra Bhushan said, "Like banking, the allottees of Greater Noida will now be able to avail themselves of the services related to the Authority. In the coming time, every service related to all the departments will be connected to it. In view of Covid-19, it is very important to put the facilities related to the authority in the hands of the allottees through ERP."

To enable the allottee to get the benefits of ERP securely, provision has been made for three-stage verification. First, the allottee will have a login ID and password, after which OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to his mobile number. After verification of OTP, if the allottee uploads his application, then his verification will also be done through Aadhaar number. For this, the KYA (Know Your Allottee) of the allottees has been updated. The allottee will also have to pay a fee of Rs 100 to get the benefit of ERP. The Pay Now option will come on ERP itself. From there the payment will be made.

As soon as ERP is implemented, Greater Noida will become the first authority of the state to go electronic.

Facilities available under ERP: In the coming days, the facilities available under ERP will include building plan approval, water and sewer connection, functional certificate, no dues certificate, land allotment system, mortgage certificate, mortgage permit, map surrender certificate, address change, time extension of lease deed, one-time payment, Time Extension of Construction, Issue of Duplicate Papers, Change in Condition, Change of Name, Taking Possession, Change of Directors, land allotment, name addition etc.
