GreNo: In order to curb the spread of Covid 19 in the city, Narendra Bhushan, the CEO, Greater Noida Authority, has instructed to make a cordon in front of the shops to ensure that social distancing is maintained in the markets.
Shopkeepers have been appealed to not give goods to the people who are without masks. In order to spread awareness and encourage Covid appropriate behaviour, the Greater Noida Authority will soon start making announcements by installing loudspeakers on the autorickshaws. The authority is planning to cover every market, village, sector in Greater Noida.
In a meeting, Narendra Bhushan, CEO GreNo Authority, says "We have to appeal to the residents of Greater Noida to wear only N-95 masks and residents should avoid commuting outside unnecessarily."
The authority has also issued some new guidelines in the wake of the rising Covid cases. The instructions are as follows-
- All the complaints to the authority are to be registered online. If there is no development on the complaint within a week, the complainant will be updated about the delay.
-If the complainant does not get any reply within a week, then he/she can visit the authority. The CEO directed to fix the accountability of the officers-employees who delayed the disposal of complaints.
-Authority officials will hear the complaint in the common hall. The CEO has directed the officers of major departments including UrbanServices, Builder, and Planning to listen to complaints in the common hall of the office. Along with this, instructions were given to release the phone numbers of all the officers.
-The CEO has also appealed residents to use online platforms to avail any service from Greater Noida Authority like Greater Noida Authority website, call centre, Mitra app and IGRS portal for complaints.
