As one approaches the metro station from the Saint Gregorius school, the road also has a very dangerous road divider with no markings on it. “Many times I have seen accidents being caused by this road divider. Especially after dark, car drivers tend to miss the road divider and climb over it. This is a very dangerous situation and authorities must address it immediately,” says S.K Bansal, a resident of Sector 11.

The poor street lights in the area add to the problems of the commuters. The stretch of road from the metro station towards Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management is not just lonely but the streetlights here also do not work. Several pedestrians use this road to reach their housing societies. A number of cases of snatchings have also been reported from this stretch.
