Helps relieve indigestion: Lemon balm may show a positive effect on your indigestion symptoms like abdominal pain and constipation. A study from PubMed Central says that consuming lemon balm mixed with dessert lessens the symptoms of indigestion. Although more study is required to claim the same.
Effective on the toothache: Lemon balm contains pain-relieving properties. It is a home remedy to reduce inflammation but more human research is needed. Make sure you are using the diluted version of oil only on the affected area.
