Spring in the air, it is time to visit DDA Park, Sector 11, Dwarka

The spring season is here and one of the best ways to enjoy it is to go for walks in the public parks, which during this, time are usually decked up with flowers. Delhi has many such parks where one can go to appreciate these springtime flowers. The residents of Dwarka have one such excellent public park in the form of Sector 11, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) District Park.

The DDA’s Sector 11 park is one of the best green spaces in the Dwarka sub city. Maintained by the Horticultural Department of the DDA, the park is sort of a blue-eyed boy of the DDA. In the past, DDA has organised many landscape festivals and flower shows in this park. It is conveniently located just next to Sector 11 Metro station, is beautifully landscaped, and thus draws a very good crowd. This is the best time to visit this park, as it is laden with a rich variety of flowers in multiple hues.
