Dwarka: SDMC's Panchkarma hospital inaugurated

There is good news for the community of Dwarka that the sub-city has got a new Ayurvedic Panchkarma Hospital. It was inaugurated today with a ceremony organised at the SDMC Community Hall, Sector 22. The inauguration was done in the presence of scores of community people from across Dwarka. RWAs, NGOs, social groups and people from the societies were present on the occasion.

Chairman of Najafgarh Zone, SDMC, Satyapal Malik, Area councillor and the Ex-Mayor, Kamal Jeet Sehrawat, Deputy Commissioner of Najafgarh Zone, SDMC, Pradeep Kumar and other officials inaugurated the hospital in presence of the people from the community.

On the occasion, social organisations, groups, NGOs and individuals too were honoured with certificates and a token of appreciation for their work during the Covid pandemic. Sukh Dukh Ke Sathi, All Dwarka Residents Federation, Dwarka Progressive Club, Gurudwara Committee, ANHLGT and other such social organisations were honoured by the SDMC officials and public representatives in SDMC.

Also, the officials from the sanitation, health and engineering departments too were acknowledged by the corporation for their efforts during the pandemic.

Area councillor, Kamaljeet Sehrawat addressed the gathering on the occasion and said that many ambitious projects are there to come soon in the city. She made people aware of how the city infrastructure is being made robust and beautiful by the civic bodies and urban ministry for the people.

At the Panchkarma Hospital, one can avail of the service at a nominal charge from a minimum of Rs 50 to a maximum of Rs 500. There are about 25 types of treatment available at the hospital for the community.
