Mocktails are inventive concoctions without alcohol, and these mocktail recipes are so inventive, inviting and delicious that you won't miss out on anything.

To help you get through the summer heat, we've compiled a list of our favourite mocktails.

1. Mocktail with Watermelon

This very delightful melon mocktail will keep you cool this summer. The immune-boosting lycopene and vitamins A and C in this luscious drink come from the watermelon.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

- 1/2 pound of watermelon (blended)
- Grape juice, 1/4 cup
- 1-quart tonic water
- 1 wedge of orange
- Garnish with a wedge of watermelon

Instructions

1. Fill a glass with ice cubes, then add watermelon and white grape juice. Toss in the tonic water and a wedge of orange on top; swirl well.

2. To finish, cut a small triangle of watermelon and place it on the rim of the glass.

2. Margarita with Mango Mocktail

This is the drink to have if you're trying to hide a new pregnancy while still battling with some first-trimester nausea. Ginger, which has been proven to relieve nausea, gives this delicious beverage its bite.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Instructions

- 1 lime wedge (for decoration) (optional)
- Garnish with ground granola (optional)
- 4–6 berries (raspberries) (or 2 strawberries)
- A quarter-cup of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- A quarter cup of mango juice
- A quarter cup of grapefruit juice

Instructions

1. Run the rim of a glass with the lime wedge. Grass the rim of the glass with granola.
2. In the bottom of a glass, muddle the raspberries or strawberries, then pour in the lime juice. put the grated ginger, mango juice, grapefruit juice, and ice in a mixing glass.

3. Stir to combine all flavours, then serve.


3. Mocktail with Kiwi and Lychee

Even if you aren't planning an exotic vacation, sipping on this zesty, low-calorie mocktail will transport you to a tropical paradise.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

- 1 kiwi slice (without the peel)
- distilled water, 1 1/2 oz.
- Monin Lychee Syrup, 1/2 oz.
- 1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce of carbonated water
- 1 kiwi sliced (skin on) 1 lemon wedge

Instructions

1. Place the skinless kiwi slice in a pint mixing glass and muddle it with a cocktail muddler several times.
2. Combine the distilled water, lychee syrup, and lime juice in a mixing bowl.
3. Fill the glass halfway with ice and vigorously shake for 6 seconds.

4. Strain into a Collins (tumbler) glass over ice after adding soda water to the lychee and lime mixture.

5. To serve, garnish with a skin-on kiwi slice and a lemon wedge.

4. Mocktail of Bellini

This non-alcoholic Bellini is ideal for summer breakfasts with the girls! In a champagne glass, put apple, peach, and a little lemon juice with sparkling water.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

- A quarter cup of apple juice
- A quarter cup of peach juice
- 1 lemon wedge, juice
- Simple syrup, agave nectar, or pasteurised honey (to taste)
- Water that sparkles
- Garnish with an apple slice (optional).

Instructions

1. Fill a champagne flute halfway with apple, peach, and lemon juices.

2. In a small saucepan, heat the agave syrup (or use simple syrup) and add it to the mixture.

3. Finish with a splash of sparkling water. To conclude, place an apple slice on the rim of the glass.

Heat the agave in the microwave or on the stovetop before stirring it in to make it easier to stir in.

5. Peachy Paradise


This mocktail is very refreshing and famous among people who love mocktails. So, make this delicious-cool drink at your home and enjoy it with your family.

Ingredients:

- A half-cup of ice
- 1 cup peaches (fresh or frozen)
- A half-cup of vanilla ice cream
- 1 quart of apple juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

1. In a blender, put all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Depending on the consistency you like, add more or less ice.

2. Pour the mixture into a tall glass. A long straw should be inserted, and a lemon slice should be garnished. A balanced and wholesome taste experience is provided by the acidic lemon and gentle peach flavours!
