Greno Authority demolishes illegal construction in Shahberi

Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Authority, on May 7, 2022, bulldozed the illegal construction going on in Shahberi. The authority demolished eight shops and four flats which were being illegally constructed in Shahberi. The authority has warned of stern action against any further unathorised constructions.

As per the Authority, the colonizers in Shahberi were planning on selling flats and shops on the notified land of the Authority. On receiving the information, the Authority's team reached the spot at 3:00 pm and by 5:00, they demolished the illegal construction.

This action was taken with the help of local police under the supervision of Prabhat Shankar, Manager of Work Circle I in the Project Department of Greater Noida Authority.

AK Arora, General Manager of the Greater Noida Authority has instructed all the work circle teams to keep regular vigil in their areas and take immediate action if any illegal constructions are found.

Amandeep Duli, ACEO, Greater Noida Authority says, "The new CEO Surendra Singh has appealed to people not to get caught in the clutches of any illegal builder. Do not put your hard-earned money without acquiring complete information about that project from the authority."
