Noida Authority has taken action and sprayed anti larva spray all over the drains of Sector 168. The spray work has started from the Paras Seasons, Sector 168.
Cityspidey highlighted the various sanitation and other civic issues faced by residents of sector 168 on May 28, 2022. Residents of sector 168 were demanding immediate attention from the Noida authority regarding the long-pending civic issues such as broken roads, a lack of green cover and clogged drains.
Residents had highlighted that clogged drains had created extreme unsanitary conditions and had become a breeding ground for mosquitoes.
CitySpidey had contacted Rishi Sharma, Health Department, Noida authority on March 28, 2022. He told us to clean the stormwater drains and to get the anti larva spray work done at the earliest.
Vinay Sehgal, a resident of Paras Seasons, sector 168 expressed his happiness. He says, “We would like to thank CitySpidey. It is because of their coverage that our issue was noted and necessary action was taken."
However, it is to be noted that many issues are yet to be solved in sector 168 such as broken roads, and lack of greenery among others.
Rishi Sharma, health department, Noida Authority says, “This is the first step that we have taken for the betterment of this sector. Soon we will solve all the issues.”
