Christmas: The season for kindling the fire of hospitality

Noida: On the sunny morning of Thursday (December 22nd), the lawns of Noida Golf Club in Sector 38, witnessed the Christmas Golf Game which everyone enjoyed to the zenith. The ladies were decked up in a combination of red, white and green colours which signifies Christmas.

The party was kept to make the helpers feel happy and connected with them. According to these golfers, no one is different and no one should be discriminated on the basis of their colour or caste or creed. So the main motive behind this party was to play golf, enjoy, dance, have scrumptious food, sing songs and pamper the helpers who work all time for them.

“Christmas is fun and lively and as Washington Irving has rightly said that ‘Christmas is the season for kindling the fire of hospitality same way, this day we celebrate our women helpers who do our petty chores with great enthusiasm while playing golf. We are serving the same food to them, and giving them gifts, as without them nothing is smoother. It's time to pamper them.”

Simran, another golfer say, “The most awaited day of the year is here. Celebrations and parties keep us in joyous mode. Christmas is the festival of sharing and caring, and charity begins at home. This Golf Course is our home, we pray here, we spend our half-life here, and we love this place and our sport. This Christmas celebration was a memorable one, we met our friends, and our guests and had great fun, which is the most necessary part of life.”
