Section 144 has been imposed in Gautam Buddha Nagar till March 31 due to the upcoming festivals. 

As per the city police, Holika Dahan will be celebrated on March 7, Holi and Shabe Baraat on March 8, Navratri on March 22 and Ram Navami on March 30. In the aforementioned situation, law and order is the priority.  The section prohibits the assembly of four or more people in an area.

Dinesh Kumar Singh, The Deputy Commissioner of Police for Law and Order said action will be taken against those who violate it. Barricades will be installed at streets to carry out the vigil. 

Drone shooting is rigidly forbidden inside a radius of specified kilometres above administration residences. In additional places, filming or photographing with drone cameras is only allowed with the permission of the police chief or the additional police chief.

The volume of loudspeakers in conscientious places, public places, processions and other events shall be controlled by the order issued by the Supreme Court. Apart from this, sound devices should not be used between 10 am and 6 am. 

According to the management's instructions, the volume of loudspeakers should be between 40 and 75 decibels. This should be 55 decibels during the day and 45 decibels at night in residential areas, 75 decibels during the day and 70 decibels at night in industrial areas, 65 decibels during the day and 55 at night in commercial areas and 50 decibels during the day and 40 decibels at night in the quiet zone. Apart from this, the protocol of covid-19 must be understood and the rules of social passing etc. must be noticed.
