Cloudnine fertility center organises a panel discussion on Women’s Day

On International Women's Day, leading experts from Cloudnine, India’s premium birthing centre in India organized a panel discussion with more than 50 numbers of women from different walks of life in Gurgaon. During the discussion leading gynaecologists and fertility experts emphasised on the need to inform and empower women to take responsibility for their health, understand their health options, and need to ensure equal access to healthcare services that best help them prevent and reduce poor health. Experts also highlighted that many women today fall into the habit of taking care of others’ health and wellness needs before they take care of their own, but they can provide care to others when you make your own health a top priority.   

Experts shared tips such as quit smoking and alcohol, focus on annual health and wellness checkups , make sleep a habit and routine and should be the topmost priority. Besides this experts also highlighted the need for proper nutrition and hydration and proper routine for physical activity. This discussion was led by Dr Chetna Jain, alumnus of royal college of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Dr Ritu Sethi, Senior Consultant- Obstetrics and Gynaecologist, Dr Neeru Mehra Senior Consultant-Obstetrics and Gynaecologist, Dr.Ankita Wnchoo ,Senior Consultant - Obstetrics and Gynaecologist, Dr Priya Varshney, Senior consultant- Fertility and Dr Divya Sard
