Noida Sector 70's Pan Oasis Society Holds Successful AOA Election

Noida:- The long-awaited election for the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) of Pan Oasis Society in Sector-70, Noida has been successfully completed. Despite several attempts by the Election Committee, the officer nominated by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Society, UP Government, Meerut as an election observer, Sunil Kumar, could not be present during the election process.

The election was conducted in accordance with the hopes and aspirations of the society's flat owners. A N Verma was elected as the President of the AOA, along with Vice President Dushyant Kumar, Secretary Sanjeev Kashyap, Additional Secretary Soma Singh Rackwar, and Chartered Accountant Rambabu Pandey as the Treasurer. Furthermore, Surendra Kumar Sharma, Virendra Kumar Jain, Dharam Chand Agarwal, and Dharamveer Singh were elected as executive members.

Rajeev Singh from NOFFA was appointed as a special invitee to oversee the election process of the Pan Oasis Society, and he praised the election process. With the election now concluded, flat owners expressed hope that long-standing issues in society would be resolved soon. These include registration of remaining flats, the handover of maintenance works by builders to the Apartment Owners Association, rationalization of maintenance charges along with automation of several maintenance activities, exterior painting, and seepage removal.

Meanwhile, the election committee expressed gratitude towards the flat owners for their support and participation in the election process. Flat owners also expressed their intention to collaborate with the newly formed AOA to address these issues with M/s Pan Realtors, Deputy Registrar, Meerut, CEO Noida, and DM Gautam Buddha Nagar. The society's residents commended the election committee for their hard work in conducting a peaceful and well-organized election.
