Muesli with seasonal fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate
  • 2 tablespoons soaked chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4-5 sliced soaked almonds and cashews
  • 2 tablespoons muesli

Method

  • Combine the ingredients and serve.

Dalia

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dalia
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 mango chunks or any 1 fruit of your choosing
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of toasted sunflower seeds

Method

  • Combine 1/4 cup wheat dalia and 1/4 cup green moong dal in a mixing bowl. Rinse the mixture for  2-3 times. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles before slow cooking for 5 minutes. Then cool it before adding the remaining ingredients. You can make this the night before and put it in the fridge for a quick breakfast. Combine and enjoy.

Salad with rajma and mango

This salad is high in protein, fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins and is ideal for breakfast, mid-morning snacking, or nighttime hunger.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked and cooked kidney beans/rajma
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5-6 mint leaves, chopped

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and squeeze in the lemon juice.
