Residents welfare association (RWA) of Sector 15 and Vivek Vihar, a residential society in Sector 82, were honoured for their excellent performance towards improving and maintaining high standard cleanliness of their residential pockets.
Out of over 150 RWAs in the city, the RWA's of these two sectors had put immense effort in maintaining the cleanliness of their areas. They have been given a top rank among all the RWAs.
Apart, Noida Industrial Development Authority on Saturday honoured several residents' bodies, registered market associations, institutions, hoteliers, hospitals, and government offices etc. for their outstanding contributions towards improving cleanliness in their respective communities.
Ritu Maheshwari, Chief Executive Officer of Noida Authority gave awards to all the winners from respective categories. She also appealed to them to extend more support for improving the ranking further.
