Studio Apartments: BSES organises camp to address bill issues

Dwarka: The officials of power distribution company BSES on Wednesday organised a camp at Studio Apartments in Sector 16B, Dwarka to address the complaints of residents regarding inflated electricity bills.

The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) of Studio Apartments had requested the BSES to conduct the camp at the society.

Around 40 residents discussed their bill issues with the officials. Most of the residents had received the bill for the last three months.

On behalf of the department, Sujan Bhattacharya, General Manager; Ram Niwas Meena, Deputy General Manager; and Sushma Sharma, Customer Care Officer clarified the queries regarding the bills of the residents.

The BSES officials also instructed for meter checking of three residents.

General Manager of BSES, Sujan Bhattacharya, who was present in the camp said, “The purpose of the camp was to serve and satisfy the customer and if irregularities are found in the bills, then they should be rectified as soon as possible.”

Ramesh Mumukshu, a social worker said, “Residents were satisfied with the move of BSES and all the queries were addressed.”
