The much anticipated fourth season of Stranger Things is finally on its way as the first trailer of season 4 is finally out. The last season of the show aired three years back in 2019 and since then, it has been a long wait for the fans of the show for the new season.

The trailer of the new season is full of suspense. The city of Hawkins is seemingly under a new threat from the upside down, a predatory parallel world in the universe of Stranger Things. While Eleven (the protagonist) says that she does not have her powers. A scene also shows Eleven being told, "Without you, we cannot win this war." The official description of the new season reads, "It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends is separated for the first time — and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down."

This season might be the longest season yet, with nine episodes that will be released in two volumes. Volume 1 will be released on May 27th and Volume 2 will be released on July 1. It has also been announced that the show will end with its fifth season.
