Dwarka: Foundation Day of Bhartiya Yog Sansthan East Zone, Delhi was observed on Sunday at DDA Park Sector 10. It was 57th Foundation Day in which more than one hundred community people participated. People associates with Bharatiya Yog Sansthan and also common Yoga enthusiasts participated in Yoga session as a part of the ceremony organised on the occasion. Songs, speeches and Yogasana were the activities performed in the occasion to mark the day.
Vice President of All Dwarka Resident Federation Nidhi Gupta was the chief guest on the occasion who addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of Yoga in daily life.
