Noida: The elevated road from Sector 18 to Sector 60-61, Noida intersection will be closed for vehicles on Wednesday and Sunday nights. Vehicles are prohibited from entering on Wednesdays from 11 pm to 6 am and on Sundays from 10 pm to 6 am. Motorists will not be able to use the elevated road. The work of installing new tri-colour decorative-type poles is being carried out in place of old street light poles on this route.
Motor vehicles will be restricted on Wednesdays (April 26 and May 3) and Sundays (April 30 and May 7). During this time, 140 poles are to be installed, out of which, only 16 have been installed. Considering traffic, the above work has to be done at night, and for security reasons, this road will close on the following dates:
Commuters will use an alternative route under the elevated road. There will be no restrictions for vehicles on the route. Apart from this, vehicles going to and coming from Delhi can also use the alternate route.
