Noida: Amid the widespread concern over spread of coronavirus, election committee of Maxblis White House, a highrise in Sector 75, Noida managed to conduct the Apartment Owners Association election successfully. It was held freely and fairly on Sunday. 

As most of the residents were taking strict precautions from the deadly virus, the committee, consisting of Colonel P Chandra, Alok Shroff, Navin Mishra and Malikeshwar, decided to reach out to residents, allowing them to exercise their rights fearlessly. Holding ballot boxes in their hands, they knocked the doors of eligible voters in the society for casting of votes. 

Shroff said, “To avoid the gathering, the team reached out to each voter in the society. It helped in conducting the election with proper adherence to standard operating protocol. As many as 155 residents casted their votes to elect executive committee members for the AOA,” he informed.           

He continued, “The counting was done on Monday. The residents elected a total of nine members for the board.”

As per the result list, Ashish Kumar Singh, Harindar Singh, Manoj Tikoo, Nidhi Gupta, Shashank Dwivedi, Neeraj Kumar Gupta, Sanjay Kumar Pandit, Mahesh Chandra Singh were declared winners. Now, elected members would form the executive committee board of the society.
