Greater Noida West: Residents of Shri Radha Sky Garden and French Apartments have decided to move the High Court to raise their issues related to lack of basic amenities and maintenance services in both the societies. On December 26, 2021 residents of both the societies held a meeting with NEFOWA and shared about their decision to go to the High Court. In the meeting, they also shared that the basic facilities are negligible in both societies. The residents complained about the lift, which the alleged does not work properly and also about the absence of an intercom facility in the society premise.

Apart from malfunctioning lift and lack of intercom facility, according to the residents there is no proper garbage collection system in both societies. Basement parking is still not handed over to the residents and the seepage in the basement is also a perennial issue. Residents shared that the authority and the builder are not helping them and thus, they have decided to go to the High court.

On December 25, 2021 residents of Shri Radha Sky Garden also met with Yogendra Singh, ACP, Bisrakh Thana. On this subject, Abhishek Kumar, NEFOWA President says, "There is no need to panic and fear, all the residents should come together to solve their problems. We will fight for our rights."

Prashant Kumar(44), a resident of a French Apartment says, "We are living in the society from 2018, still there are no basic facilities in the society. About 700 families are living here. We have made requests to the builder to hold a meeting with us but he neglects it every time."
