Noida- Cases of dogs biting people are coming more common by the day in Noida. A woman was bitten by a stray dog in Prateek Laurel Society, Sector 10, Noida on October 9, 2022. As gathered, the woman had to get eight injections after being bitten by a dog. Society residents are furious about this incident.

Residents say that the cases of people being bitten by unclaimed dogs in society are increasing day by day. Neither the AOA nor the Noida Authority is taking any steps despite regular complaints from them. Residents have demanded that these abandoned dogs be displaced to some other place so that people can live in peace.

It is noteworthy that many attacks by pets or stray dogs on residents have been reported in the past 2 months. Given this, different societies made rules regarding dogs and preparations were made to implement them.

When CitySpidey spoke to Prabhat Vats, AOA of Prateek Laurel Society regarding unclaimed dog attacks, he said, "We have complained many times to the Police administration and Noida Authority regarding the unclaimed dogs but despite that, no concrete steps have been taken to stop these."
