Residents of the society have demanded a triparty meeting with the builder and Noida Authority officials — and now finally have a date.
Residents of Divine Meadows, in Sector 108, Noida, met Amit Mohan Prasad, CEO of Noida Authority, today to discuss the problems they are facing with the builder.
Residents said the builder had not provided several amenities that had been promised to them. They demanded a triparty meeting, in which residents, builder's representatives and officials of Noida Authority would be present.
Surender Kushwaha, president of the homebuyers' association of the society, told City Spidey that they had staged several protests against the builder but the builder had not even responded once. “The clubhouse is not ready, the swimming pool is not operational, only one of the three generators have been installed till now, there are naked wires poking out of open electric panels — the list of problems is endless," added Kushwaha.
Kushwaha also said the CEO had directed the Additional CEO (ACEO) Shishir Singh to address the issue right away. “ACEO Singh has told us that the triparty meeting will be held at 12.30 pm on June 9," he added.
