Residents of Nirala Greenshire raise concerns over the pending registry

Noida: The residents of tower G12 and G14, Nirala Greenshire residential Society, Sector 2, Greater Noida West have raised the concern of pending registry of their flats. About 200 families are still struggling to get their residential flats registered with Noida Authority.

The booking of the flats had started in the year 2013. The society has seven towers and 595 flats. The residents of towers G12 and G14 booked their flats in the year 2019. About 200 buyers took possession of both towers. According to residents they have already deposited the requisite money needed to get their flats registered.

Anil Yadav (36), a home buyer from tower G12 says, “I booked my flat in February 2019 and took possession in November 2020. Almost 130 families shifted in the tower and the builder offered possession without registry papers. We also met with the officials of the Greater Noida Authority and found that the builder has pending dues to the authority.”

Ankur Walia(42), a resident of tower G14 says, “I took possession of my flat in 2021 and almost 110 families have shifted in the tower. I have also submitted the stamp duty money, required for the registry but I am still waiting to get my flat registered.”
